Reservation Procedure:
Email or call us to make reservations.

If you get an answering machine, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Our policies are:
- Check in after 4:00 PM, check out by 12:00 PM Noon.
- VISA/MasterCard/American Express accepted.
- $40 fee if cancellation within two days of reservation.
- Smoke-free.
- Chemical-free environment. (We use Melaleuca cleaning products).
- No pets in the building.
- No guest cooking in the kitchen.
- Consideration for the quiet privacy of other guests.
Focusing on serving business and tourist travelers, the Inn also is available for special educational and recreational events, theme 'experience' weekends, small group retreats, reunions, business meetings and seminars, and wedding ceremonies and receptions.
Our services include:
- Gourmet breakfast, organic, locally grown foods and herbs from our garden in season as available, vegetarian or special diet upon request.
- Organic fresh-ground coffee each morning for those who wish.
- Hair dryers available in each room.
- Information assistance for restaurant, recreation, and local tours.
- Assistance with airport shuttle and local transportation services.
- Bikes (two) available for riding on the Jefferson County Trails.
- Meeting, seminar, and small group retreat coordination services.
- Professional massage (two week notice required).
- Planning, ceremony, and reception services for small weddings.
- Family reunions.
- Special theme 'experience' weekend services.
